Will Black bowling in the Richard Pentz Men’s League tossed his first career 800 set, an 801 that included games of 279, 254 & 268. For the set, he will receive a plaque and $50.00 from Dual Lanes and awards from the Franklin County Bowling Association and the United States Bowling Congress.

Ruthvin wins his first “STAR” on the P.W.P.T.
Joe Ruthvin was the winner of the 2019 Pop Whitten Pro Tour Stop # 10 at Dual Lanes for his first “STAR” on the P.W.P.T. Ruthvin tossed 914 the six games of qualifying, was the only bowler to go 5-0 in the division round with a total of 782 making him the number one seed for the bracket finals. Joe defeated Walt Brooks in the second round bracket finals 131-128, Josh Ciepiela 186-118 in the semi-final match & John DeAntoniis 151-149 in the final match to earn the $1350.00 first place prize.

Top qualifier, John Davis Jr. tossed 977 for six games in the qualifying round & 821 in the division round, averaging 163 for the eleven games.
“HAMBONE” FOR SYKES AT DUAL LANES
Amy Sykes, pictured with her sons Nate(L) & Ben, defended her title again this year making it four (4) consecutive “Frank Turner Duckpin Classics” in the WNDA portion of the event. Sykes was the top qualifier with an eight (8) game total of 1166. She went 4 & 1 in the Division Round with a five (5) game total of 758 and defeated all three (3) opponents in the bracket round to pick up the $3000.00 first place prize and her 26th Pro Tour Victory. She is the only bowler on the pro tour, woman or man, to have won 20 + tour titles. She holds the eight (8) game World Record of 882 and the twelve (12) game World Record of 1872 which she set in 2016 & 2017 at Dual Lanes.
